help me please

I have posted my problem 3 times this is 4th please reply me.

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
i have been masturbating since age of 13.Seminal emissions and all other urinary complaints started 2 years back when at age of 19i quit masturbation and a year later i started suffering from thsese complaints.
I took several medications but last year took following prescription which helped me lose 10 kg and all my problems were healing.took it for 3 months but after a month of that i gained back all the weight and all urinary problems came back.Infact i felt sexually really calm while taking these medicines.Was able to not masturbate for a month.now i have again started these medicines but i want to know if i should continue thse or i need another prescription as the effects does not seems to be long lasting.Rest of my problems like obesity, tembling hands ,dark and sunken eyes are there from childhood.
following are the meds i am taking right now:

I used 2 medicines damiana symplex which had following composition:
100 ml :
acid phos 1 ml
agnus cast. 4ml
damiana 5 ml
muira puama 5 ml
yohimb e cortice 5 ml
ethanol 56%.

three times a day 15 drops.
other one is nervo symplex :
avena sativa 4ml
hyperiscum perforatum 4ml
passiflora incarnata 4ml
piper methysitcum 4 ml
valeriana officinalis 4ml
ethanol 56%.
15 drops at nigh

16. What exactly is happening?
I feel I have lost my sexual health due to masturbation and want to regain it and want to quit this filthy habbit for ever.I feel incomplete erections, white seminal fluids keep oozing out of penis occasionally.Terminal urinary dribbling.after urination if i sit on hard surfaces i can feel drops coming out sometimes.

I feel lathargic and week but if i start exercising it goes away.but my sexual health remains uneffected by exercise i.e. week.

I feel unconfident and scared that my problem might aggravate and at anytime a drop might come out of my penis.

for my sexual problems i took Kali phos first.Effect lasted for a month.After i masturbated the effect went away.
AFter that i was given acid pho,Kali Phos,ignatia and lycopodium but they had no effect at all.
After a year i took following medicine

Very good effect on all problems until the medicine were continued.after a break of 3 months i am taking them again on my own.again feeling better.

nothing specific except sometimes rice cause flatulance and constipation which increases emissions from penis.

Mostly dont become angered but sometimes have outbursts, normaly patient but irritable, very emotional.Sometimes feel like crying for no reason.Talk to my own self sometimes.Can speak in public but try my best to avoid it.

Urine is sometimes cloudy and milky , all discharges from urine are white/milky.
I feel semen has lost its consistency and colour.It used to be very white but its transparent component is now dominating.If i pass stool with when it is hard and use force sometimes white drops come out of penis.
