help for maid

Dear Doctors

this is the case about our maid servant ...she is about years of 35age has a 3 children(15 year and 13 year) 2 daughters and one son (11year)
living alone (husband has left home)

she is suffering from high tsh around 2.7ul (whereas normal range is less than .35)


she is taking sodium thyrooxine 50 tablets for it

she is complains of lassitude and laziness specially in the morning

also she is gaining weight and wants to reduce it

she has no cravings or aversions

sleeps well
but dreams are disturbing mostly dead family members
feels worried about her poverty and upkeep of her children
she is also worried about hair loss
else she is very sensible and
level headed in terms of

presently her main complain is that she is getting fever time and again ,due to fever she feels cold and it affects her more during 10 to 11 am in the morning it has been so since last one month ,she feels better on taking allopathic medicines but she gets the same fever again after a few days

she has developed warts on both right(4 or 5 in number) and left(4 or 5 in number) side of her neck since last four years

she also has cracked heels

please help her to improve quality of her life
