Sorry again sir to bother you, i checked and i was unable to get Alumen 1X or even 3X, so i have now Alumen 30, is that of any use? or i return that?
Kindly guide about doses if that can be used

Sorry sir i was again having net problem...
My son today was much much better i cantsay about coming days coz clouds are coming and forecast is about rain maybe tommorow and usually then his problem starts with running nose first and later cough
Sir can you kindly guide me in advance if this happens what remedy is suitable for him then coz i cant sy anything about net problem i am having these days

Yesterday my son was doing well whole day, no cough no running nose, same evening he was practicing a "Naat" for school, at night he went to sleep well, and it was before midnight he started coughing badly, i gave him water no use then i gave him "gorr" no use then "toot siah" syrup but no use, he was continuously coughing and couldn't sleep, it is this type of cough which is usually followed by vomit or he start breathing fast(asthametic breathing)he had 2 burps and i also heard sound of gas or air in his abdomen(that happens when he inhales too much air from mouth due to continuous coughing)
Later i gave him Aconite200( 1 drop in water) and slept with him to keep him warm, he slept well, today he was feeling good, no complain.
there is but one point i must mention last night when he went to sleep before that i checked his throat, his glands were as they usually are, swollen, but their colour was neither red nor white, instead i could see patterns on them more clearly. Sir do you think my son have chronic tonsils problem? that triggers with change of weather or too much use of his voice? what do you think?
Sir often he stop eating or dont eat well, before his cough starts. this is the sign that comes before any other sign like running nose or cough.
Sir kindly reply i am concerned.

AoA,
Sir i hope you are doing well, and here i am with a problem again.
My 7yrs old son have fever.
*It started last night just before going to bed,
*yesterday afternoon on his way back home from school,
i doubt he caught heat as the day was very hot.
*my husband told me that he was sweating alot when he
came out from school so he may be dehydrated as well,
after this fever he is not sweating, he started getting lazy in the evening.
*his symptoms inshort are;
*fever that feels more on head and face
*head aches badly
*drowsiness and when he moves he cries with pain in head
*touchy, he want me sitting with him in case he dont see me
around he cries
*today he had vomittings(two times) mostly water first one
with very bad smell, second time again water
*he dont ask for water but if we give him he try to drink it
*he is not sweating
*he shrinks himself when i wet his face with water, as if feeling cold.
*want to cover himself and folds himself like a baby
*he is sensitive, pain is difficult for him, as though his
nerves cannot tolerate, i think his fear or his sensitivity
doubles his pain
*sometime he is laying down quitely as if no pain and
then suddenly cries with pain tears come out
*have slight rashes on face only as if with fever(maybe)
in fact that is not rash more like marks like small bloodspots.
Sir in three words his problem is, Fever, Headach, Vomitting.
Last night i gave him Belladonna for fever, i dont think
that help him, i also gave him uptill now Desprol syrup thrice,
his fever by The Grace of Allah is not going up, but it is not
going away. In the morning when he vomitted second time
i gave him Ipecac after that he is able to sleep till now
(still asleep) but his head is still hot and not sweating.
Sir, i must mention here that he had Heat stroke once 3 yrs ago.
Sir kindly also guide us about what to give him in diet or what
is suitable to drink coz sometime cannot drink plain water.

Thankyou so much sir for your reply. yesterday we have to take him to the nearby homeopath in haste, as his headach was uncontrolable and loadshedding made me helpless to reach you!
He is feeling good today.
