Post burn skin contracture

Dear Doctors

My sister now ages 14 years had a hard post burn skin contracture of little and ring finger.

She have 3 times surgery. Out of three only one was sucessful(contracture reappears in other two).

Sucessful surgery was done two months before. Graft was lost due to infection but ultimetly graft spread throught and she healthy.

X ray shows that both upper phalanges of little finger are fused and upper phalange of ring finger appears minutely. This causes the two fingures to be shorter comparatively.

The another problem which arises silently is that the contracture is also appearing.

She is taking Sileacea 12x and some other homeo medicine(I dont know) from last two months. Before operation She have taken Thiosinaminum for 5 months

Plz Help me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am sorry to hear this.

Please give Causticum 200 - one dose, every 4 days. This is a really a good remedy for this case.

May I also suggest that they patient takes Arnica 6c in the Wet dose twice daily?

This will increase the flow of blood throughout the body and should have some positive effect in the healing of the lesions.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

Patient,

Please follow Joe's advice. His devine healing therapy should be more effective to heal than Causticum. You can either do both or only Arnica.

Thanks a lot for yr serious response.

By the suggestion of Dr Sarawanan, she is currently causticum-30, thiosinaminum-6x, sileacea 12x from last 2-3 months.

Contracture stopped growing but there is no sign of contracture release further. Due to reappearance of contracture after operation his ring fingure becomes like inverted 'L'. and little finger is bend slightly.

Dr sarawanan suggested to continue the medicine and she is taking the medicines.

some allopaths suggests for multiple surgery.

Plz suggest.
