I am glad to know that your pain due to monitor is not there.

Hope this will benefit other practioners, who has to face the patients' need to today - to protect the eyes of students and engineers who has to sit in front of PC monitor for 10 hours in a day.

I also have the same problem . when ever i watch T.V or computer for 3 to 4 hours i get headache and i feel heavy ness around my eyes. Because of this reason i am not doing software job .I didn't know that homeopathy medicine will cure this . I have cateract in my both eyes .actually in my childhood i used to see sun directly , that time i didn't know that we should not see sun directly .and my father also had this cateract.

Use Pancreatin 325mg, 3 tablets immediately after lunch for 3 days only and write back about the pain you had in watching computer. If you could not get Pancreatin, use Phos 200, one dose only and write back in 2 days.

I would suggest to start Arnica and Nat Phos, after this.

Actually i started using NAT PHOS 6X 2days before ,and i am not using ARNICA 30C because i didn't get it .Presently i am in U.S.A.
my friend brought me nat phos 6x ,but she didn't get ARNICA ,so i am using nat phos only . i will try to get ARNICA also.

My dought is can i continue NATPHOS 6x or how it is .

Please continue with Natrum Phos 6x and Arnica 30. Both are good additions. Arnica 30 itself will stop the pain in eyes due to watching TV (moving pictures). Pain due to Monitor is more due to radiation and that is what Phos 200 or Pancreatin will address

shall i use PANCREATIN at the same time or there is no need to use PANCREATIN.

Pancreatin is very proven to cure eye pain due to watching monitor. Hence I would advice to take it. It is also found that even a few days use is sufficient

and i have one doubt ...i have uterine fibroid ....so does these medicine will effect that ?....i mean will it cause any problem ?

both Pancreatin and Phos 200 has the definite action on Uterine Fibroid to get it better. In any case, no problem is ever expected

My recommendation was arg nit and you are writing now NAT PHOS. Not sure what you are taking. In any case, if you taken for a month, go to the doctor and check your eye sight. Write back with report for before and after the medicine.
