Day 10
There is no much change from day 9.I have reduced on intake of fried food the feeling of indigestion is less and my stomach feels better.
Anxiety is under control
Hair fall continues.Today i shampoo my hair and I saw a lot of hair came out.So there is not much reduction in hair fall.
Please tell doctor how many days do we have to observe to verify the stable effect of the remedy?

Do you feel that there are no more positive changes from the remedy, that it has come to a completele standstill?

Yes Doctor from last 3-4 days i am not observing any change with respect to my emotional balanace or anxiety.It is though very much better than what it used to be before taking the remedy.
Also there is no reduction in hair fall from last 5-7 days.
So i would say the state is kind of constant from last 3-4 days with nothing new (good or bad)or any change happening.

Ok I am always cautious about repeating too soon as the aggravation can be somewhat demoralizing for patients. But if you are sure, take one more dose exactly as you did the last dose.

Hi Doctor,
I kept myself under observation for 5 days from 10 Aug to 14 Aug.I did not feel anything better happening in my condition.I mean nothing was changing.So i took the dose on 15th august One spoon from '6 hits,2 drops 1/4 cup water'.Today on 17th august i did shampoo my hair and the hair fall was extreme.By extreme i have not ever seen so many hair fall ever in the past.Please suggest if this is aggravation?also please tell me if this is a sign that remedy has worked or this is something not good?Also i have observed some more points about my behavior:
1.When under pressure to complete work i become anxious and there is pressure/restlessness in centre of my chest.
2.I also forget things which i have to carry like i forget my cellphone while leaving for office in the morining or i miss carrying my lunch box.
3.Also i have felt some indigestion after taking food only if i lie down on bed with my face facing upwards.I fell some food in near the food pipe in my neck.This happens only sometimes not always.
Please suggest what to do.

So I take it you have not lost the reduction in anxiety?
If the 200 is not taking you any further, I would like you to get hold of 1M.

Although high pressure situations can cause the anxiety to occur but the normal routine anxiety does not exists now.
Although hair fall has not improved.
So when shall i start taking the 1M power and also what will be the method of taking the medicine?Will it be same as it was for 200?

I need some help in ordering the remedy.The seller tells me that arsenicum 1M is same as arsenicum album 1000.Shall i order it if this is the correct remedy to be used?

And 1000 is the same as 1M - really, the shopkeepers should know that.

Kindly reply.It been 2 days that i took the remedy 'arsenicum 1m 2 drops in 1/4 cup water' but there is no relief from hair fall.
I have observed that itching has increased on my scalp specially at night time when i go to bed for sleeping.
There is no increase in anxiety.Its stable as it was before taking the remedy.
Also there is no aggravation in hair fall but the hair fall occurs as it used to occur befor taking the remedy.
Kindly reply as I am worried now that what action is required.I am waiting for your reply

Alright so the positive changes seem stable, but the main complaint is still problematic.
Take a single dose of 1M in the same way as 200c. Let me know what has happened after 3 days.

Ok so the positive changes seem stable but the main complaint itself is continuing to be a problem.
