Right so only one dose of 1M, and that was almost 3 weeks ago.
Wait one more day. If there is still no motion it will officially be constipation and you can repeat the dose.

Hello Doc.
Status as if now:
Regular motion is there, since last 2-3 days its on a little dry side, but ita happening on daily basis.After having my food, even in little quantities, I feel tightness in stomachat times).I too feel as if I am bloated and gas is stuck inside.
Hairfall: Improvement in hairfall.Reduced visibly.
Pimples:No new one, though have dark spots of those which were there before.
Weight:Doc. I happen to read that Phytolacca berry can help in this.Shall I get this remedy.
Internally too, i feel strong and better.
Pls have a look on my aunt's post too,since last 3-4 days she is having her signs back.They are more sifnificant and horrible , when she gets up in the morning and continues till she the time she has not eaten anything.The remedy you prescribed her, is helping her a lot .Do suggest if she needs to repeat the same.

Hello Doc.
WOuld like to update you that since last few days i.e 3-4 though motion is there and as I updated little dry but I am feelin a relapse on sleeping side.I have started feeling sleepy a lot, the lethargicness is there during day time as well even after having a sleep of 8-9 hours.
I too remember that I dream a lot.I normally get up in night for drinking water and thats the time, i remeber I am dreaming.
Shall I repeat the dose?

Dose taken , amd I feel slight constipated and stomach is tight.When I say Tight I mean its hard and not very soft from inside i.e. intestine.They give a feel of being streched out.
A question comes into my mind:
As we say remedy is based upon totality of symptoms i.e. when taken by a healthy person they produce same symtpoms, then in ME , a person who is already having those symptoms( constipation, sleepy feeling) why this aggravation is caused.
What is the differenec in aggravation in a healthy person and sick person when same remedy is taken.
Is it that it produces its nature's symptoms i.e(constipation and sleepy feeling in healthy person and intensify thsese symptoms in sick person).but if intensify's the symptoms then how it cures...its so confusing..
pls help me in understanding.

If you already have the symptoms, and you take a substance that causes those same symptoms, it automatically makes them worse. Ohhh so its like Newton's law.
On my front after taking the dose I feel good.No constipation.
Listing the symptoms below:
Hairfall:No hairfall,still thin and less dense though.
Pimples: No new pimples.Only old spots left.
I see some hair growth on chin.
Neck: Reduction in size(one that points to thyroid).
Weight: Increased by 2 more kgs.Not really understanding why this is happening.There has been an increase of around 15-20 kgs from last 1.5 years.
I eat right and in limits .Excercise too but still I see fat and cellulite deposition increasing day by day.
Consulted nutritionist too, but nothing is happening.
Body temprature: Warm
Constipation:No constipation as if now.At times I feel after eating the food gets stored in the lower central part of abdomen(I think this is due to gastric accumulation).No pain in left part of abdomen.
Dreams: Full on dreams till the time I sleep.
Sleep: Still feel little more sleepy.
I feel internally I have become more strong , active and I am enjoying that.
No more cravings.
Not much sexual desire.
So all good is happening now a days.

but why this happens so often.Does that mean my immune system fails to fight disease or diesease become bigger but ultimately immune system defeats the disease and functionality becomes normal?
Today I have a feeling that there is a traffic jam in my whole intestine.Nothing is moving.Staganant.Driniking tea gives relief.
One more symptom, I feel I sleep a lot now a days.Unable to get up in the morning .This symptom is coming back.9-11 hours is a requirement.
