swelling of turbinates

MY sister,age-47 years,HEIGHT 5',weight-56 kg, is suffering from swelling of turbinates of nose.and hence continueous nasal obstruction.continueous headache,breathing problem i.e.difficult to inspire a breath,gets easily disturbed &prone to anger,Dry cough at morning associated with chest pain,very sensitive tosense any type of smell, pain in left knee,both heels,also back pain,Mental & body weakness,dark purple discolouration onthe facew skin. Hysterectomy done before 10 years due to exccessive bleeding,Histry of tuberculosis.Due to swelling of turbinates it is very difficult for breathing & gets exhausted very qickly. please suggest the proper medicine,

Dear, Yogesh Rajurkar My sister is completely mentally disturbed,She takes more tension about every small day to day problems,Gets irritated & gets angry very easily,She always thinks that, after many treatments I have been yet not cured,She is always aware of personel hygeine,also all things in the home must be at right place & cleanlyness is her weak point,If this is not happened,she gets very much irritated & She fires the person who is resposible for dirtyness.Previous histry-First delivery is by operation,after one year forced abortion due to pregnancy & doctors were not taking responsibility for safe delievery,Histry of piorrhea followed by dental surgery,Nature-always thinkig internally, she thinks that I am always right,Immediate expresses her feelings without thinking what concquences would be happened due to talking which hurts the others,Behaves very good with persons other than family members, always irritated with family members

She is a arsenic alb patient for sure.
The potency she will need is 6C
Give her Arsenic alb 6C single dose means 3-5 drops of arsenic alb 6C dilution in 15-20 ml of water.
Wait for 8 days dont repeat.
What to expect?
Her nose will start flowing the nose will run for 3-5 days
But her obstruction & irritability will improve.
Keep me updated as the condition changes.
