It is absolutely possible to have more than one miasm at a time. Everyone who hasn't used homeopathy has more than one miasm.
If you've ever had gonorrhea, and not had it re-established by homeopathic treatment - then you still have suppressed Gonorrhea, and need homeopathic treatment!
Of course many miasms can be cured at the same time! How many times has one remedy reestablished psora on the skin and Gonorrhea at the same time! I'm sure many of us have seen this many times.

When the discharge is reestablished all of the secondary symptoms are cured for good. And your health should return to excellent condition.

JH, the first link appears to be broken as it was giving the 404 error, but i managed to navigate to the constitution area.Its a good read and thanks!
Now, meds are only for one week so i be finishing it by monday.
I m curious as to my blood test came out positive only for HSV1.Can HSV1 give ulcers that bleed when disturbed? thats what i had at the tip of my foreskin.Thankfully it has healed now.Is it a temporary healing or its cured?? I am curious to know your opinions.
In the past due to hard stool/constipation formation, i have painful hemorroids.This has left a small tissue or vein hanging out.What remedies can i take for that? Any suggestions?

What you have is HSV1 & HSV2 and Gonorrhea, in my opinion, and above all it is being suppressed by allopathic medicines not cured? Later in your life, it will have serious impacts on your life.
Regarding your protruding hemorrhoid, you have to provide more data to move forward.
How long have you had protruding hemorrhoid?
After BM, do you have to push them back into the anus?
How much is the blood coming?
What is the color of the blood?
Any pus? Color of the pus, if any?
How about itching, if any?
How about burning, if any?
How much is the pain and how long does it last?
How is your constipation?
Anything else you want to say about your piles?

My apologies for not being respectful to our creator but it wasnt my intention either.Its just a misunderstanding in semantics.
Moving forward:

2)I dont push anything back coz its not hanging out.I feel it when i wash myself and it seems if i just move it back then it fits with the outer skin of anus.I dont have to push anything inside of anus after the BM.
3)color of blood usually is bright red.i dont see blood in the toilet bowl when the stool is soft.Water of some places i guess dont suit me well and gives me constipation.I dont feel burning if i pass soft stool.
4)I dont see puss.i did have smelly discharge which might be associated with std.
5)when i did get pain & burning it usually would last whole day and may be to the next day.I used supositories to subdue the pain but it didnt help much.
6)I dont have constipation these days i m regular and stool is ok too.
Please ask me more questions if i left out something.

Yesterday, when i was cleaning myself,I saw a few ulcers show up on the tip of my forsking again and it is very painful to retract the foreskin.and i saw white paste like stuff as well as i feel the discharge from anus too some times.
I have finished 1000mg/7days course of valtrax and i am going to see the doc today.
Is it time to take the homeopathy meds yet as i finished with doctors meds?

It is never a good idea to mix antibiotics with homoeopathic remedies as one would never know the results and impacts. Anyway, after your doctors appointment today, you need to decide if you are going to use more antibiotics or is it the right time and your full commitment with homoeopathy?
I am sure you will make informed and intelligent decisions now as your health is at stake.

My doc gave me more valtrax for a month.I also asked him to give me a shot of rocephin, The same antibiotic shot i got in my first visit, only difference was the potency.This time i asked for 500mg las time it was 250mg shot.
I have not started my 2nd course of valtrax yet,I just got it today.
1)Now, also i discovered that the ulcers on my foreskin was nothing but the dry skin.The skin looked fine when the doc was examining it but when he asked me to retract the foreskin and i tried to do that and then the skin broke just like a dry skin would.The cuts follow the skin fold geometry.And doc told me that its dry skin that breaks when i try to put pressure on it while retracting it back.I was washing the area with 98% rubbing alcohol so it might have helped in makng the skin ultra dry.I applied some lubriderm on it today.
2)I had also ordered colloidal silver solution 30ppm strength.I read abt the healing properties of silver ions research from many places/labs.It helps in fighting with infections.So i am thinking of deciding to include it in my regular intake of 1 teaspoon daily..I would like to have your opinion on this one.
Since i am not taking any antibiotics(just the shot i got today) except the valtrax which i will start after taking the homeopathy meds.
Question:I can take valtrax after taking homeopathy meds?If there is any time gap to be observed then how long would it be?

NO, in my considered opinion, there will be no need to take again the allopathic medicines as you will be cured by Homoeopathy provided that a correct remedy(s) was selected and your case was managed properly. Homoeopathic treatment will require at least 3-4 months of timely taken actions, a comprehensive communication and a lot of patience in your case.
Having said that I would still recommend you to please stay with the allopathic treatment at this stage of your disease. Once you are done with the current treatment that is already giving you positive results, then, you may come back to homoeopathy when you feel necessary and appropriate?

My opinion as a homoeopath is that filling the body with anything to kill bateria or viruses is ultimately doomed to fail to improve a person's health. At best, it can provide emergency help when a person's life is under threat, but in the long run it has proven to be a very ineffective approach. At worst it creates poisonings, suppression, new and more dangerous chronic diseases. I don't care what it is called, what is put into the body, but the theory itself is flawed.
The only real way to cure a patient is to remove the problem that allowed the infection to affect them in the first place. This can only happen when the disturbance in the vital energy is corrected.

It is really your timely decision to stop allopathic and start Homoeopathy, OR, keep your allopathic and at the same time, start on homoeopathy. But, excercising the second option will require proper communication with case management. Are you equipped wih the required resources, patience and time to take this route?

Dr Nawaz, How are you doing? I am still struggling with herpes and probably gonorrhea.Since i took antibiotic rocephine it took care of immediate killing of gonorrhea but i dont think its completely gone. I had attack of high uric acid and i was taking alpurenol and some painkillers, the uric acid condition kept coming back after few week. so i took benzoic acid and that problem was solved. No more repeat attack of uric acid in my foot big toe. I am still getting attacks of herpes lesions on inner foreskin over the glans and itchy a lot, for that i took Nat Mur CM potency in april and didnt have attack till june 2nd and whole june i m under attack of herpese. i repeated Nat mur on june 5th and after that around june 17 i m having burning pins and needles fire like sensation on face under the nose on the cheek by side of nose and under eyes and it feels like this fiery sensation is spreading over all face area.Is it some type of reaction since i took repeat dose? I have swelling feelin in my gums as well.I do not show any pimples on the face so far..its just the burning sensation..I believe gonorrhea is still active and is causing herpes to show up time and again. I never had this painful sensation on my face area. Could it be coz i cleaned my glans while showering and the infection spread to my face??This is painful situation i am thinking of taking valtrax again. what in your expert opinion can solve this difficult situation..please suggest. How to permanently kill gonorrhea!! Please provide some of your expert insight.

1. Describe your main suffering?
pimples(non hurting reddish) on penis head and on the tip of foreskin which hurts just like a skin cracked in winters.Irritation and itching all the time( on tip of the head)foreskin.I noticed white stuff built up on the penis head when i pulled back the foreskin, and i clean it with neosporin after pulling the forskin back(a hurtful process).I dont have 'odor'.I dont have pain in the balls.I do feel a senation while urinating(may be coz the tip of the skin is sore).I dont have sores or pimples anywhere esle.No fever but i took some course of antibiotics as explained in my previous post.

I think about this ailment everyday and search for a complete cure on a daily basis.

its been past two weeks that it has started to hurt like a cracked skin at the tip of foreskin.I feel bad that i had unprotected sex.i am not feeling angry at the person coz its my fault.I think all the time how soon i can get rid of it permanently.

I had unprotected sex in early october. Non hurting pimple showed up on the penis head 2 weeks later. Now, since past 2 weeks i have sore foreskin and pimples on (the tip of the head)side of foreskin.

I have a strong personality, confident, and generally a pleasant person. I dont have any permanent fears so to speak.they are temporary and associated with my job or something i m doing but most of the time i m a very confident person and this attitude gets me in trouble with authorities too.I do dream mostly during full/new moon days.used to have repeated dreams when i was in school/college(i am 40yrs old), not anymore.I just had a recent dream of asking someone to burn my body as its gotton dirty now haha i thought of it as funny.I laugh a lot and like humor and have sarcastic humor aimed at making ppl and myself laugh.

I do not have any specific cravings. Its different at different times.i like the smell of bakery/bread stuff

i force myself to drink as often i can.but in general i dont drink much water which i always try to correct.

I dont have any food allergies that i know of but i dont like to eat things that do not look good in texture.

i sleep ok but it takes longer for me to fall sleep.I usually like to sleep on my sides, mostly i try to sleep on my left side.

right now i m in hands off kinda situation as the foreskin hurts but i do get errection even in this situation

I think i can see the 'bigger picture' situation for most of the life situations.I have a philosophical bent of mind.I mainly think on the question of my/human origin.
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have taken some antibiotics - erythromycin, amoxicilin and anti inflammatory pills to no relief.I have not gone to any doctor as well.

1. Describe your main suffering?
pimples(non hurting reddish) on penis head and on the tip of foreskin which hurts just like a skin cracked in winters.Irritation and itching all the time( on tip of the head)foreskin.I noticed white stuff built up on the penis head when i pulled back the foreskin, and i clean it with neosporin after pulling the forskin back(a hurtful process).I dont have 'odor'.I dont have pain in the balls.I do feel a senation while urinating(may be coz the tip of the skin is sore).I dont have sores or pimples anywhere esle.No fever but i took some course of antibiotics as explained in my previous post.

I think about this ailment everyday and search for a complete cure on a daily basis.
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
its been past two weeks that it has started to hurt like a cracked skin at the tip of foreskin.I feel bad that i had unprotected sex.i am not feeling angry at the person coz its my fault.I think all the time how soon i can get rid of it permanently.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I had unprotected sex in early october. Non hurting pimple showed up on the penis head 2 weeks later. Now, since past 2 weeks i have sore foreskin and pimples on (the tip of the head)side of foreskin.

irritation and itching all the time.

I like mild winter weather, autumn season.I was born in january.I can adapt to dry or humid but i dont like hot weather very much.i like shade than open sun

I have a strong personality, confident, and generally a pleasant person. My friends would describe me as a leo when there is gathering of friends.i am outgoig person.I can argue my point but also will change my view if satisfied with the oponents views.Lots of general thoughts come to my mind when i m by myself.i have a strong mind.I act as crisis manager if/when there is one.

Not really.But i will notice it and may change my location if need to.

I am single, but my family (parents and siblings) is the most important thing in my life.and as n edlest sibling i feel responsible for their well being.

I dont have any permanent fears so to speak.they are temporary and associated with my job or something i m doing but most of the time i m a very confident person and this attitude gets me in trouble with authorities too.I do dream mostly during full/new moon days.used to have repeated dreams when i was in school/college(i am 40yrs old), not anymore.I just had a recent dream of asking someone to burn my body as its gotton dirty now haha i thought of it as funny.I laugh a lot and like humor and have sarcastic humor aimed at making ppl and myself laugh.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I do not have any specific cravings. Its different at different times.i like the smell of bakery/bread stuff

i force myself to drink as often i can.but in general i dont drink much water which i always try to correct.

Normal to very hungry

I dont have any food allergies that i know of but i dont like to eat things that do not look good in texture.

Sweat more on forehead

Normal
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
i sleep ok but it takes longer for me to fall sleep.I usually like to sleep on my sides, mostly i try to sleep on my left side.

right now i m in hands off kinda situation as the foreskin hurts but i do get errection even in this situation
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I think i can see the 'bigger picture' situation for most of the life situations.I have a philosophical bent of mind.I mainly think on the question of my/human origin.
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have taken some antibiotics - erythromycin, amoxicilin and anti inflammatory pills to no relief.I have not gone to any doctor as well.
22. What major diseases are running in your family?

I am indian 5'10' 190lbs,larger upper body(chest)broad face, hairline receding a bit.
