Lower back pain (L4-L5) disc bulge
My weight is 83 kg and and height is 175 cm. I am suffering from lower back pain from last 2 years and mostly pain happens in L4-L5 disc.According to MRI there is a disc bulge. I tried physiotherapy but it is of very less help.Pain is worst in morning when i woke up from bed, although hot water bottle relieve pain temporarily .I can feel pain in my toes also in morning. I feel pain constantly through out day what ever i do with different intensity. I tried Rhous tox-200c but it didn't help much.
Can some body help me please ???

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am also suffering from folliculitis (with pus and painful), which is present on my back , chest,shoulder, face and head.After getting treated from Rhous tox frequency of reappearance in head has reduced greatly, but they are still there on my face , shoulder, chest and back.
