toothache: Dr Kadwa plz see

Dear doctor,

Please suggest soem remedy for toothache.
features are:
1. bleeding in gums
2. swelling in gums
3. toothache with soem swelling on face.
4. No ear pain.
5. pain is very sharp in tooth.

Person is not chilly and he sweats a lot.

This is the same fellow whom you suggest Silicea 1M for Cyst in knees.

The bio-chemic combination bc-23 is best for such problems. 4 pellets thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

I have searched for BC-23 for SBL and Dr Reckeweg. for both composition is different

For Dr reckeweg it is calcarea fluorica 3X, kali muriaticum 3X, kali phosphoricum 3X, silicea 3X, magnesium phosphorica 3X

For SBL It is calcarea fluorica 3X,magnesium phosphorica 3X,ferrum phos 3X.

Please tell me what to buy?

Dear Doctor,

I am facing problem of toothache for past 7 days. The upper one tooth is decaying. It is black from below and hollow. the gums around the tooth is swollen.
I am not able to eat anything hard.

Please first see my new query for my sister urgently.

She is having bowel movement 20-25 times now. loose motion, watery , yellow, smelly.
she goes for motion even she drink water.
lot of stomach pain.
she has become very weak.
