Urethra Stricture problem Please Help!

Dear Sir
Male 22 years old
1.) My main suffering is that I am suffering from pressure discomfort in my bladder because I have a urethra stricture that is causing me to have a lot of trouble urinating. I am retaining the water. I have had this problem for about 5 years and dilations and internal urechtomy procedures have not worked.
2.) I have no other physical suffering in my body that I feel or am even aware of.
3.) Stress and I always have an uneasy feeling on my mind psychologically. I feel like this problem is always on my mind every day of my life and I feel as though it is affecting the quality of my life. I feel stressed out by the discomfort of the pressure on my bladder because I cannot empty my bladder.
4.) I feel depressed and agitated when my flow of urine is slow and I have to push to pass it when it's at it's worse.
5.) The problem started on Halloween of 2005. A couple things I think could have potentially caused it. One is in gym class on April of 2005 a basketball was thrown between my legs when I was not looking and this could have caused trauma since I passed blood drops in my urine a couple weeks later and eventually I did not realize that a urethra stricture formed when I was not able to pass any urine on Halloween of 2005. Another cause of the urethra stricture could have been due to a sexually transmitted disease where my urethra tightened over time and caused me to have problem urinating.
6. ) There is no specific time of day where it is worst. I have had problems at night, during the day, and in the morning. I do not have any trouble sleeping, but the pressure on my bladder feels intense. The problem bothers me every day.
7.) The things that aggravate my suffering is that I know there is urine still left in my bladder, but I don't ever have the urgency to go and so I am aggravated that there is nothing I can do to ameliorate this pressure on my bladder. I use the restroom not because I have the urge to have to use it, but rather because I need to use it my pushing to get the urine out of my bladder. Dilation and an internal urechtomy procedure causes me to have better urine flow, but does not cure me long term
8.) No
9.) Well If I had to answer this then I would say warm weather, because it tends to help me take my mind off of the pressure discomfort I feel when I am sitting outside on my deck. However, I prefer it to be cool whenever I am sleeping.
10.)I will tend to get a little nervous with the problem I have because I never know if my urine is going to stop. I get little nervous about this. I am also easily offended and quiet. I am lazy from the standpoint I can never feel like I can have a good time because of my problem so I don't feel the urgency to want to do the things that I enjoy doing.
-I have no feeling that bothers me before or after a thunderstorm.
-I am indifferent about being consoled during my tough times.
-I am not sensitive to external stimuli.
- A habit that I tend to have is biting off dry skin off of my thumb finger.
-I love my family and friends and I have no problems with them.
11.) My fears is that this problem will cause damage eventually to my kidneys due to the build up of the pressure. I fear also of having to treat this problem with a surgery called open urethroplasty where they cut out the urethra stricture and replace it with skin from my cheek. I do not dream of any situation repeatedly.
12.) I don't have anything particular I crave, but I love eating fruit such as watermelon, peaches, apples, bananas, grapes, and other fruit. I also like Pasta. My aversions are any type seafood whatsoever.
13.) I would say my thirst in normal.
14.) My hunger is normal.
15.) There is not any food that I know of that my body could not stand. I mean I don't like seafood, but I could eat it if I absolutely had to.
16.) I tend to sweat normal now whenever I go for a run, but when I was more accustomed to running during my track days in high school I would tend to sweat less.
17.) Bowel movement is normal, but passing urine is not.
18.) I sleep fine. I usually sleep on my side, because sleeping flat out on my back tends to have me feel my discomfort.
19.) Yes
20.) Sometimes when I come out from staying in the sun for so long, I briefly for about 5 seconds feel dizzy by seeing fuzz, but then it immediately subsides.
21.) I have not been taking any medications for this problem other than a medication after a procedure such as a dilation or internal urechtomy to prevent infection. I can't recall what that medication was hoever, but I am not taken any medication currently.
22.) None
23.) I am 5 foot 10 inches tall. I weigh about 135 pounds. I have brown not too long or not too short hair with green eyes. I have a small black beard with a small light black mustache. I have bushy eyebrows that standout. I am overall thin, but not that muscular. I am light colored in skin, but not like a ghost. I also have hairy legs.
