8/21-Saturday Day-1
took the dose as directed. since evening, i was so worried and having constant
thought about psoriasis, when this will be over, i dont look so good. what if this
will get worsen. how i am gonna face my friend and go to work. i have to answer
them this and that and find the execuses. my hands were not coming off to my
hard. i was having constant itch and burning some of the area in head. just could
not control it. there is a lot of aggrevation on head, its all over and continusley
spreading. i think i am noticing that patches are on chest and legs are getting
slightly wider and thicker. and when i think of that and look at it, i get very scared
and look for an instant answer what should i do, what should do to get rid of it
rite away. i am just too scared because of its more worsen then before. on my
ear there is second break up, i report u before its in right ear, it looks like big cut
and it has gotten worse.
otherside of the mental situation i m doing absolutely fine, except ps. i do not
have negative thoughts nor feeling any stress. i do not get bad feeling and get
very sad and become emotional thinking of what were happened in past.
lazyness has almost gone, i am much more completely active on doing anything, i
dont ignore or denied of doing any activity or work.
going to sleep dint had any problem. sleep very well.

Morning, dint had any proble, constant lite itch was all day in certain area of the
scalp and patches on chest was feel like it was streaching and burning when i
move arms, sitting and standing, layin down. very ashamed to say but had
intercource and done in 3 stroke 30 sec maybe. bed time, went to sleep on time.
dint had any bad thought nore had hard time to sleep. slept very well.

Woke up fresh, went to work. it is really hard to notice but patch on cheast may
have increased, its streaching and burning. constant itch on scalp and patches.
really flacky white. mentally, emotionaly feeling very good, very noramal. at night
dint had any thoughts went to bed and fall a sleep. sleep very well through night.

Sleep very well, Woke up fresh & calm. same with the psoriasis, on scalp has
really intense itch during the day, crust has become smooth, when i pick and
scrap off, comes out easily, patches on chest is hurts when it stretch. all day
mood was nice and calm & happy. when ppl looks at me, only thing comes in my
mind first that they gonna comment about the problem i have on skin, psoriasis.
I think i may have gain my normal routin life almost 99%.
except PS, which has more and main concern for me now.
Plz advice....

Reporting same as yesterday. had very good night sleep, woke up fresh, today after taking i had a little burning and itching on chest patches and on scalp.
also, i just remembered, few years back, i had done my hair straightening, with use of some chemical, i dont know it has anything related to trip, ps, but just wanted to let you know.

You can take the next dose of LM2 as follows:
Give 8 hard thumps/hits to the Helios LM2 bottle on the palm of your hand. Then, wait for 2 minutes.
After that, take out 2 drops of LM2 in 250 ml spring water, stir with spoon, and take a teaspoon. Throw the rest of 250 ml away.

Reporting pretty much the same as the previous dose report, except some of the changes here and there.
Psoriasis, patches has been bothering me a lot, lot of itch and patches on the chest and leg, one on chest is cracking and leg one. other then that constant itch and flakiness, dry on the scalp. in last two days i got it on penis shaft and itch during the night time and sometimes during the day including today itch in the anus. right ear break out got worsen cut got bigger and spread behind it. as well as on the nose. comes and goes.
mental state, pretty stable. i m happy:). i dont think rubbish, negative nor i get such thought that disturbs me. i sleep very well all these days without delay going to sleep. last night i took may be an few mint to go to sleep but i sleep though the night and wake up fresh.
sometimes, i do worry ESpecially Psoriasis and thinking of my future of financial and career.
Other then that all is good.

Its been 6 days, No significant changes noticed. psoriasis is at the same stage, itching is there all over scalp, cheast, and in ear. also itch in the anus & penis shaft came back last 2 days, very irritating.
i can feel and report that, i have gain and have improoved stabily over my anxity & worries. negative thoughts are completely gone. my mood is very active and plesant.
since yesterday evening, there is minor pain in my left knee joint, when there is any movment, like when i sit on the chair, or in the car when knee gets bend i feel lite sharp pain in knee. today evening pain has almost gone. will report it if i noticed 2moro.
please let me know if i have to procure any other medication for future. after LM3 and LM4.

Reporting 1 day early cant wait!
Nothing much improvment that i noticed. psoriasis is in stable condition, but lots of itch on anus, head and on all patches. ear gets really dry from inside. now days nose gets really dry from inside, and lots of mucus/boogers. everytime i clean it builts up in half hour all day long. I been noticing also, when i took carb, i sleep really well, and the dose effects decreases i start having a bit problem to fall a sleep. mental state is very stable. nothing much to report on that side unless you have specific question to ask. always have ps, thought in mind, when i m going to get rid of it. always looking for positive articales to read abt ps to get some relief for my self.

patches are looking extreme bright white. i am also noticing that, i get angry and irritated so fast. very low self esteem, low confidence, feel jealous sometimes, now the cut i have on by the ear tip looks very bad and ugly and very noticeable. so i always try to hide my self and dont want to be in public just because of that cut. but i always try to pump up my self and do what i have to do.

would like to report the current status, first day of thuja was gr8, i feel calm and peace all day, as well as 2nd day also. itching was also decreased by 40%. but after that i m seeing lots of aggravation on psoriasis side, i just cant tolerate the itching in anus. Patches has built really thick crest on all area where exists. on scalp new plaqes has aaprear with lots of itch. and all other patches has itching and burning sensation. bowl moment has changed last two day, feels like constipation, lite bloating and wet farts. Anus itching is killing me dr, sameer. sometimes burns on bowl moment, itching is always there and last two days in sleep itching comes, feels like ants biting/or warms. but its PS. all day during the day and after the bowl moment anus itching is driving me crazy, i dont know what to do. i just feel like to cry. self confidence is very low every day due to all this pro. feels like to hide somewhere.
