High Creatinine, normal Urea

My Cat had half year before kidney failure. In this time she has high levels of Urea and Creatinine She was few day on infusion, since then she have strong renal diet (RC, Hills). She becoma every day ipactine.
She is drinking well, her behavior is normal, she is playfull.
But every moth she is having blood test to examine, how are her renal parameter. Urea is normal, but Creatinin is every month few point higher.
Do you have any idea, what can cause this rising of Creatinine? Or how can I drop it down?
