regarding obesity

sir the problem is regarding my weight i am 5'7' woman with 88 kgs i have tried so much to reduce weight but the result was nil in homeopathy forum i read about esculentine,phtoline and natphos6x to reduce weight and fat kidly tell which medicine will help me to reduce weight i am 25kgs overweight and i am want to reduce in 3-4 months pls help urgently

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Kapalbhati Pranayam and Anulom Vilom Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Kapalbhati Pranayam should help you achieve your targeted weight reduction if you could do it regularly 20 minutes each in the morning and evening.
