Can I continue to take Lycopodium 1M for few days as One dose a day

Hi Again,
From the past few days, lack of sleep is driving me crazy and on top of that IBS is always there to make things more difficult. Even good sessions of exercise wont bring any relief to my sleep disorder. After taking one dose of Lycopodium 1 M, I was ok for two days and today being the 17th, to tell you frankly there is hardly any relief. Sleep and IBS has made my life Hell. Nothing is working. Please advice.

Hi Again,

I will continue the medicines for two more weeks as there is an intermittent relief.I have taken only one dose of Lycopodium 1 M .I would like to take two more doses of Lycopodium weekly along with tissue salts.Please advice.

Yes. You can take 3 weekly doses of Lycopodium 1M, 2 to be taken and one already taken. You may also take tissue salts on other days.

Hi Again,
After completing three doses of Lycopodium 1M alongside Tissue salts. I have got 60 percent relief from Flatulence, Sleep is ok as well. I got relief from IBS as well but it was only for a week. But starting this week IBS came back with a bang. So please suggest me some remedy especially for IBS. Last dose of Lycopodium 1M was taken on Wednesday. I am still on plain and blank diet.

Please follow the plan given below for 3 weeks and report back after 3 weeks.

day 1
One dose of Pulsatilla 1M.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine.

day 2 to day 7
20 ml Koumarya Asava (also called as Kumari Asava, it is an ayurvedic medicine) twice a day after meals with water.
