Do you feel any change on your emotional or mental level, sleep & dreams, appetite, thirst, etc.? Do you can breathe well now after heavy work or climbing stairs? Is your sweat now in normal or less or more as before (total body)? Where does it sweat more now: Head, Trunk, Limbs except feets? Did you feel Hot flushes in any part of your body eg. top of the Head, Face, Ears or Nose now? Did you see any strange change in any part of your body or minds feelings?

because of no connectivity at home....
allergic problem ta akhon thik ase..1st jey change ta ami deklam sheta holo ghum er poriman ta eaktu bere gese......shokale ghum theke uthe hachi dewa ta bondho hoyse but nak d.a pani pora & jekono 1ta nak always bondho thaka, ata akhono same as before.
emotional level ta ager theke improve hoyse, I'm sure about that. amar mone hoy akhon beshi controlled. age amar office a 5 talate uthte eaktu beshi hapay jetam... but akhon mone hochse kisuta improve hoese!!!! total body shomporke bolte gele mone hoy less sweat!!!! temon kono change dektesina as u said (hot flushes)
But 1ta bepar totallu unchanged!!!! akhono nak d.a ager motoy pani pore.. even bhat (rice) kete boshle-o amake nak mosar jonno at-lest 3 bar table theke uthe jete hoy...sheta shob shomoy-e dupure, rate, shokale... jemon ey j akhon laptop-a boshe type korsi... matha shoja kore rakhesi monitor er dike.. kintu nak d.a automatic pani porse.... ata theke j kobe mukti pabo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is a big change... amar mone hoy goto 1 month jabot 1ta boro change amar mod.dhe hoyse, sheta holo ami soto soto bepar gulu khub beshi bhulte shuru koresi.... ata ki boro kono problem???? ey jemon bashay ba office a table a 1ta kisu raklam but eaktu pore 5/10 minute pore ghure ashe sheta r mone korte parsi na.... den hotat kore kew amar khub porichito karo nam ask korle ba tar shomporke kisu ask korle ami tar nam ta mone korte pari na... mane mone ashte thake but mone ase na...othocho shey lok ta amar khub-e porichito...!!! but tar name ta mone ashe na... eaktu porey abar mone pore!!!!!!! ey lok-khon gula ki kharap???? ar jonno ki kisu maintain kore chola uchit????

Allergic problem raised again. sorirer bivinno jaygate boro boro chaka chaka hoe jay...chulkay, 2/3 din thake.. den mishe jay... abar onno jaygate hoy, last 7 din jabot amon hochse, goto 2 din age 8/9 ta jaygate chaka chaka hoe fule gesilo, pore jokhon kome jay tokhon oi fola jaygate soto 1ta muk hhoe jeta d.a olpo porimane panir moto kisu 1ta ber hoy den dag hoe thake.
But sharadin juta moza pore thakle-o payer tola akhon r chulkay na, jeta kisudin age-o mane winter season a hoto!!!!
