Help please-worsening fibromyalgia pain

Please help me--I am 45 years old and for the past 2 years starting in the fall through winter fibromyalgia pains are getting worse. This year now that spring is here the pain has not gone away but has become even worse. The pain is all over my body especially hips and shoulders. Worse when I get up from sitting down, it's hard to walk. I also alternate between being very cold or too warm. My feet and hands especially get very cold. Sometimes I feel anxious. I had surgery for endometriosis about 10 years ago. This fibromyalgia pain has been on/off since that surgery. I did not have a hysterectomy.I have gone for years without this pain, only to have it come back and as I mentioned now it is worse than ever before and is not going away. Other than that, no other medical problems. I have had falls before, car accidents, etc. The pain is so bad I have not been able to exercise regularly and have gained weight. Please please help me as it is hard to work and function normally at this point. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
More information--my mood goes from happy to sad sometimes depressed. I try to stay upbeat, but it is hard with the pain and I have a lot of uncertainty in my life right now. I am currently overweight although I was always thin prior to having all of this pain. In my mind I want to go out and exercise, play like I used to but the pain and tiredness prevents me.
I love hot weather and do not mind humidity. I never used to sweat but find myself sweating more now in the armpit area. I have a thirst for water or caffeine drinks, mainly cold drinks. But when it's really cold outside I want hot drinks. The pain sometimes feels better after movement but then can come back even worse hours later or the next day. Cold damp days definitely make pain worse. Bowel movements alternate between constipated and normal. My sex drive goes up and down. Thank you for any help.

I have only had my monthly cycle one time this past year. Was told I am in menopause. I do not eat very much and only like a little bit of sweet foods. I have mild sleep apnea and use a cpap machine which does help me get better sleep. I am married. I do worry often about various things. Often times I find it very hard to just relax. I am afraid of eventually being alone in life. Sometimes I am afraid of being in the dark and sleep with the light on. I have been crying more than usual lately. Sometimes I get very bad headaches.

Please take Rhus Tox 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and report back after 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
