Dr Kadwa a case of epileptic child
1. Age/Sex/Country/Climate:11/female/uae/hot
2. Current complain - from how long:
epilepsy since 2 years
3. Current medicine you are taking:
allopathic & homeopathic
4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
vomiting, lack of response, fell down, epilectic problems are on left side of brain but symptoms appear on left side of body like twitching, blueness on face & nails, seizures. Symptoms usually appear before allopathic medication i.e morning & evening & before sleeping time
5. Breif medical history:
at 4-5 years of age got high fevers
6. Family Back Ground:
diabetes,migrain, parkinson, brain tb, asthma allergiess, vitiligo are in family background. One maternal uncle is mentally retarded.
7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:
student
8. Desires and aversion of food:
likes spicy & sweet foods. Averse to lentils & some vegetables
9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:
angry, irritable, intolerant, impatient, lacks confidence of public speaking. Otherwise affectionate, caring & sympathetic towards family
10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:
restlessness, sleep deprivation & stress make it worst. Lots of drinking water, rest make it better
11. Thirst/Tongue/diabetic...:
less thirsty/lightly coated tongue/non diabetic

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
*Please describe in detail what happens (ie bodily expressions, facial expressions, vomitting, position of fingers etc.)from the begining of the epileptic attack to it's end. How long does this whole process take?
*Whether the same pattern is followed everytime or the pattern differs.
*What is the fequency of attacks like daily, once a week, thrice a month etc.

Her attacks are usually once a week & last from 10 seconds to 5 minutes, Allopathic has advised mother to give her Diazepam 5mg suppository in case her attacks are longer than 3 minutes (diazepam helps to control)
At the start of attack usually her right side of face is affected mostly like twitching of muscles of right side of face, drooling, movement of eyes towards right side & even the face turns right & blueness on right side if the attack is severe i.e last longer than 3 minutes, her fingers of right hand also twitch
vomiting is not always happen.
Pattern is almost same usually
Her attacks follow after when she is exhausted than usual, lack of rest or any infection like cold or flu otherwise she is on constantly daily allopathic medicines which cannot be missed

Please give her three doses of Cuprum Met 30c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how she reponds in the next 7-10 days.
