Please Advice
Dear Sir,Since last 2 days I'm unwell. It started off with an extreme cold sensation in the morning, All day at work I was in a very hot environment but still felt bitterly cold.
My head was in extreme pain, it felt like something was stuck in my head. My nose was also blocked and I got a very very painful sore throat. I felt like vomiting a few times but nothing came out.
Since last night after taking beechams cold and flu, there is a very very thick caramal/creamy colour mucous which I really have to blow my nose hard to exhale, and light elements of the same thing come out when I cough or spit out. My head is feeling much better since last night but my eyes still feel a little sensative.
I have had a few cold/flus over the last few months, Could this be a problem or something occurring because of the cold weather?
Is there anything I could take to avoid this problem as my muscles also hurt when it happens and i feel really congested inside. I end up having to take time off work.
