respected sir,
i am rahul from india and from orissa to ,i am 27years old and am having 5.3' height which is quite bad for me...i want atleast 5.6' please help me,i am thin to, please help me to get right medicine...

you can do physical exercises at this stage for getting some benefit no medicine is recommended at this stage. Obviously your height is quite normal.

5.3 height for female is quite normal not for male i guess...
for male 5.6 is normal and less then that ppl says short height,etc
i feel bad that i am unable to grow taller but my wish is to grow littel as much as 2 to 3 inch more.
