One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 2 to day 7
please take 7 tablets of the tissue salt Kali phos 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours

Please report after 7 days.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please provide the following information-
**When do you suffer from vertigo ie
at what time of the day.
in which position you problem worsens
**you feel better in open air or you feel better being covered
**describe your leg ache ie whether it is continous, better by pressure, worse after motion or worse after rest etc.
**describe your mental state ie you are fearful, restless, indifferent, worried etc.
**How is your thirst
**Your bowel movements

Please take one tablet each of medha vati and chandrapha vati in the morning and evening after meals if you are not averse to taking ayurvedic medicines.
You will get these meds at Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy.

SIR,

There is no definite pattern. The problem has been there for the last about 15 days. Now and then I find aggravation. In general there is aggravation after some exertion. Some relief after rest.In general I feel better in open atr.I cannot tolerate heat.Thirst is normal.Should take water after passing urine and also after getting up from bed.Mild constipation.Other symptoms[earlier also existing]are too much of sleepiness.Frequent and urgent urination. If I delay there will be dribbling of urine drops.Mental condition I am worried type.I already reported CAD.

Thanq sir,for prompt reply.I started nux.Regarding Crataegus,I used it earlier since I am chronic CAD patient.I experienced vertigo and discontinued.I am generally very sensitive to drugs. That is the reason ICOULD NOT GO FOR ANGIOGRAM OR BYPASS.I am having excessive sleep and not isomnia indicated in Crataegus. As such I request you to reconsider and advice.I am having pulsebeat 80 p.m.
