ive been suffering really badly with anxiety and panic attacks for 2 years. I became agoraphobic for a few months, but ive been having therapy so im now able to do alooot more. I need to do something tomorrow, which is extremely important. Its stretching me slightly further than i find 'comfortable' at the moment. Is there anything I can take that will help with my nerves? Thanks for any advice.

Astra writes in one of her posts...
Arg-n likes sweets, is more delusional, more hurried. Both can be prescribed for stage fright but both react differently: Gelsemium with blank mind and arg-n with panicky, racing thoughts.

So you may select the remedy for you out of the two and you may take one dose of the remedy in 200c potency when the anxiety starts (it seems that it has already started). Only one dose should be sufficient.
