I did not get the bacilinum30 in the stock because also no stock.... Will tried to get the 200 dose if possible.
I did not give her overdose but the 500ml I take out 100 ml so left 400 ml and sometimes my wife give to her in one teaspoon there is sometimes drop out some due to the teaspoon to small.
Should we reduce the dosage as last 2 days was okay but today morning suddenly she had an attack again and cough very badly at 5am. So should I reduce the dosage Now | | |

please list the remedies that you are giving your daughter today.

Make a Wet dose of Ars Alb 30 in the same manner that you made the Blatta O and give her a capful whenever she shows any sign of discomfort from her Asthma like the cough that you reported. Please note that this is not to be used in the same manner as the BO but only when needed.

You can certainly use Distilled Water to make the Wet dose.
I use the standard drinking water available in Supermarkets and this has been quite satisfactory. I prefer a particular brand which is extracted from deep bore wells about 250ft deep here in Sri Lanka and the water is as good as distilled.
I have also used tap water from the mains but this must be boiled to release the chlorine which will otherwise antidote the remedy instantly. | | |

Day 18, changed to take one dose in the night only, can see morning cough few time and night time around 7pm cough 20 over times but did not have an attack and weather start to turn cold due to raining. | | |

I believe that your daughter can be helped by steam. If you have not been able to get the Steam generator which is used by Beauticians, you can use an electric jug which is kept near her with the lid open to enable it to keep boiling so that she will inhale the steam for about 5 minutes each time. This will help to soften the phlegm which is causing her cough which may be the root cause of her Asthma.
I note that you have stopped giving her 2 doses of NS and if she responds better with just one dose before bed, we can stay with this single dose in the future. | | |

All I can do is to advice you on what I know is the best therapy for your child. As you are aware, we have been able to give her some relief from her Asthma with NS in the Wet dose taken once daily
instead of twice daily and I have advised that you use steam as an extension of this therapy as it has worked in many other cases that I have treated successfully.

Okay will tried to use kettle method. But today I found out one problem. She's been taking persimmon quite frequently. But yesterday I ask her to stop all fruit and suprisingly today morning she did not cough at all. So I suspect her phelgm is due to taking persimmon. Is it possible as today morning heavy rain normally morning rain she will cough badly. | | |

Day 20, cough 2 times in the afternoon.
Day 21 whole day never cough but sneeze 8 times in the morning.
I just came back from Singapore and managed to get the Bacillinum and unfortunately the minimum qty is 120 globules so I bought it. So should I start to give my daughter 4 globule once a month starting tommorow.
As for the steam generator at my site they sell those dehumidifier with cool steam instead of hot steam can I used those for my daughter. | | |

It is good to know that you the mother of your 6 year old daughter whose name I still do not know, has gone all the way to Singapore to get the Bacillinum 200 in the Dry dose pellets. It seems a pity however that you did not get a steam generator in Singapore as the 'cool steam' is of no avail to help her. A dehumidifier will only dry out the air and this is contraindicated for her as it can make her present condition even worse. The steam is designed to help soften the phlegm.
Do not give her the Bacillinum as long as she shows any sign of a cold coming on as it is important that you only give it to her when she is quite well. | | |

I'm her father not mother... my daughter name is Ester. I shop through most of the shops can't find a hot steam generator.. it's seems to be not common in malaysia and singapore.. but somehow today morning and yesterday her cough seems to dissapeared. Today she looks perfectly well and I think better I start the bacilinum.
Will tried to find again those facial sauna that comes out hot steam... because using kettle I tried once but it is dangerous because had to hold my daughter very near to it. | | |

The kettle therapy I used to recommend in cases where a steam generating device was not available cannot be used other than under the strict supervision of the parents.
It is also not necessary to keep the patient directly above the boiling water in the kettle or jug. It can be left on the floor with the patient seated on a chair which is so oriented that the steam is about 60cm or 2 feet away from the patient who is encouraged to inhale the steam for about 5 minutes.
The steam therapy has helped many stubborn cases and causes a cough which enables the patient to spit out the sticky phlegm which constricts the lungs. | | |

I cannot advise you on this Steam generator but you should check it out personally to see if it can be used by Esther.
I have one at home and it works in a different manner to the one you listed. Mine has a small spout through which steam is produced and can be directed to the face. | | |
