Hello Dr.Mahfooz,
I am 30 yrs old Vegetarian guy, unmarried and going to marry in March.
From last 1yr i m facing that my hair are loosing, and now onwards i m feeling very much gaps in my hair.
I m also suffering from Constipation and Vericocele Grade - I but my sperm count are normal but have less quantity of Sperm at a time it is 1.2ml only.
I m single and going to marry soon so pls suggest me the medicine to SAVE and GROW new hair and also to improve quantity of my SPERM

Hello Sir
i m Male
30 is age
Single, Vegetarian
my fore head is become are is increase no as i lost hair from there and from head i m also loosing hairs so i m founding my hairs are very light, dry and no shine.
i m suffering from hair loss from for last 1year
along with that i m also suffering from Vericocele Grade - I in left testis, and semen analysis shows that sperm count are normal but SPERM VOLUME is only 1.2ml after 4days of absentees.
Rest I m all normal man, have good sleep and have good taste for food, hunger and thirst are normal
for Bowl movement i can say my bowel is almost loose in position and not healthier it is loose for almost time,
as suffering from constipation i have to take HARDE Tabulates regularly.
I m FAT, 5.11 is height and weight is 92kg. i become FAT from last 6yrs when i was suffering from Zhondise and than onwards i become FAT and have problem of Constipation.
Pls help me to improve my SPERM QUALITY and QUANTITY
and pls suggest me how do i stop my Hair fall and can grow new hair on head.

please try Selenium-3x (2 tablets thrice a day) and
Mix 7:10 ratio of Arnica-Q and Olive oile and have message on the affected part. Also procure Wiesbedon-30 and take one dose of 5 drops and report after 4 weeks.

As you mentioned to mix Arnica-Q with Olive oil but i have a mix of Arnica-Q with coconut Oil, I have mix 600ml of coconut oil with 30ml of Arnica-Q. So in this case if any change there than tell me is my quantity works or not? Is coconut oil works or not?
and as u mentioned Wilesbedon-30 for one dose but here im not getting the exact qty of it and how many time i have to take.

As you mentioned I have completed the medcine
Selenium_3x and wiesbedon-30 also I am applying Arnica-q with hair oil.
I m feeling that may some of pores are now opening and may new hairs will grow.
and also in my sperm i m feeling that Ir is now thinner and may qty is improved than past one in past i have a thick sperm only.
but erection is not that much improved.
so pls guide me the next step to get improved my erection and sperm quality.
also to improve my hairs.
If you wish I can send u the pic of my scalp if needed.

Here I wish to add one most important thing for me which i forget to tell u, pls consider it and suggest me the medicine.
As I am a patient of Varicocele Grade-1 but Sperm Count is normal but sperm volume is very less, and for that I have suggest me Sellenium 3x
But 1 problem I m always facing while have intercourse that I get very LATE DISCHARGE, and some times it happens that due to late semen discharged I lost my erection and some times i very tired.
So PLS consider my LATE DISCHARGE problem and make my sexual life healthy.
IS it advisable to have abstinence period while the treatment is going on? If it is than tell me, I m single and I can try to mange.

As per ur guideline I have to take 3 medicines,
1.Selenium-3x (2 tablets thrice a day)
2.Wiesbedon-30 and take one dose of 5 drops and report after 4 weeks.
3.Agnus Caust.200 five drops daily
so there is no problem if I will take 3 medicine at time or how I have to manage it.

I have started to take Agnus Caust 200 as per your guideline.
For my Hair loss problem what should I do next, as you suggest I m applying Arnica-Q with Coconut Oil.
Is anything else or any medicine to consume for hair growth, there are scalps which are developing fast on my head. and a person can easily find that i m now BALD.
So pls help me to grow some new hair or to make my hair growth better.
