Dear Reva
I wanted to acknowledge your quick response and advise for the continuing treatment. I will certainly do what you are recommending and I will report in another month.
Thanks a million!
My best regards.

Dear Reva
It has been a month since I have been following your instructions.
I started with 10 days: I took Avena every other nights. The next 10 days, every two nights, the next 10 days every three nights.
I also took the arnica twice a day.
For some reason, I shortly felt back into the same routine as first posted in this forum. (See 11/29/2009)
I highly appreciate your advise.
Thank you so much.

Dear Reva
I was wondering if you read my last post (March 16) since I have not received an answer for other suggestions.
I was reading about Ambra Grisea, what do you think?
I very much appreciate your help.
Thank you
