Palpitation,gasping
2 months ago i found that i had hypertension. i was quite worried even though under medication. This has worried my wife aged 31 and she started developing palpitations and breathing difficulty ( which she has even now).On very high exertion, she gets pain in chest once in a while. We have done all the tests by cardiologists ( Haemoglobin, Thyroid,Lung test, chest x-ray, Holter monitor, Echo,ECG). All came back normal. She is worried about me and doctors say the anxiety is the reason for these symptoms. On minor exertion such as climbing steps or mopping floors, she gets palpitaions and breathing difficulty ( more like gasping).
Since allopathic doctors ruled it saying anxiety, no medications were given. we met Ramdev's ayurvedic clinic in bangalore who suggested Aswagandha which she is using for past few days along with walking and pranayama.
Could you please advice ?

Upto three flower remedies can be taken simultaneously. Rescue remedy itself contains 5 flower remedies. You are right Red chestnut is more appropriate. You can give her both red chestnut and mimulus.
♡ kadwa last decade
As advised, she took one dose of Ars Alubum 1M ( just once) and then Red Chestnut for the last 15 days.
Her palpitations have come down completely. However she still gets gasping on exertion (though the severity has come down by about 40%).
Could you please advise on further treatment?
