Several Problem

I am a lady 47 yrs .
I am Epilepsy patient since last 30 years,on Alopathy Medican ,but no attack in last 23 yrs.
High Blood Pressure last 15 years on Alopathy Medican .
Resha flowing in (Cold) last years 40 years.
Diabetic since 6 years.
On having any anything/meal I start sweating .
ADVICE Requested.
