If hepar works it may be given at a gap of every 2 hours. You can also give him 1 pellet each of the following tissue salts at a gap of every 2 hours.
It means
give hepar sulph
after one hour tissue salts
after one hour hepar sulph
and so on

After some relief give at a gap of every 2 hours instead of one hour.

I am giving all salt tissue but have ferrum phos in 12 x . Is it ok to give in 12x? Also can I give Influenzium 200c .

Re: swine flu and right Ear infection. From kadwa [Log on to view profile] on 2009-10-29
If the response to hepar sulph and tissue salts combination is good, the frequency of dosing should be successively reduced every day and completely stopped after 3 days. You may give Infuenzium 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours after 3 days for one or two days depending on the conditions. If he is not responding well to hepar, you may stop hepar and start Influenzium immediately. Tissue salts may be alterted with Influenzium as you have done with Hepar. So hepar and influenzium should not be given at the same time. When you stop giving Influenzium, you may continue with tissue salts for another 4-5 days, 3 times a day at a gap of 4 hours.
Ferrum Phos 12x may be given instead of 6x.

My son is feeling good now . he has now thick , yellowish nasal discharge and wet nonproductive cough. He has been teething and having pain , always put his finger in his mouthand drooling. He is diagnosed with Rt ear infection and i want to askthat all medicine he has been taking can cover ear infection as I have not started his antibiotic yet.

Re: swine flu and right Ear infection. From kadwa [Log on to view profile] on 2009-10-29
At this stage if you have not given Influenzium, you may not give it and continue with Hepar Sulph for few days. It should work for his ear infection also. As has been suggested earlier after stopping hepar sulph you should continue with tissue salts for some days. After that if his drooling continues, you should give him Mercurius Sol. 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and see how it affects. Please ensure that you don't give him merc and silicea in succession as they are inimical.

Please taper down the doses of hepar sulph and then after stopping hepar sulph continue with only tissue salts for few days.
You may also take 2 tablets each of following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
natrum sulph 6x
kali mur 6x
ferrum phos 6x

While reading other posts in respect of your younger son, i noticed that he suffered from profuse sweating of head. Whether he still suffers from this problem, please inform.

In your case more details are required. Please copy the Questionnaire from the following thread
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925/
and post all the questions here duly answered. On that basis your remedy may be worked out. Meanwhile you can take the tissue salts.

Hello Dr Kadwa,
My 19 months old son was doing great for weeks but yesterday he got cold ,cough and fever again . Yesterday night he has runny nose and cough and was having breathing difficulty . In the afternoon he got fever of 102.3 F so I took him to his dr . He is diagnosed with ear infection in both ears now and some decrease breathing in his one lower lung , might be lower lobe infection. He has given Antibiotics again . I have started him on Ars alb30c and Tissue salt as you advised previously for him . Please advise what to do ?

Re: swine flu and right Ear infection. From kadwa [Log on to view profile] on 2009-11-12
After giving Ars Alb for a day, you should give him Hepar Sulph 30c alongwith tissue salts for 2 days. It is assumed that generally (when he is not under allopathic medication) and he has cold, cough and fever, he prefers warm surroundings and likes to be covered.
If he prefers open air and cold surroudings you should give him Pulsatilla 30c instead of Hepar Sulph 30c.
Can you please describe his more symptoms like any discharge from ear etc.

Hi Mamma

You are the owner of one of the largest threads at abchomeo forum. Still you don't provide full symptoms regarding diarrhoea like

it's form whether watery, semi solid, undigested food etc.

it's color

it's odor

whether the child is feeling very weak or he is palyful etc.

You are asking whether ant tart and puls can be given at the same time.
No two homeo remedies should be given at the same time unless symptom picture is blurred.
You should stop puls as puls has done it's work. By the way ant tart follows puls well and it does'nt antidote it. If you had given ant tart and if it has worked, it is ok. You may follow it with combination tissue salts. Tissue salts may be given in combination as they work at nutritional plane.
If ant tart has not worked, you should try nux vom. Nux Vom antidotes ill-effects of allopathic medication. You may give thrice a day till recovery and then follow with tissue salts.
