Life-long food allergies...

I'm a 51 y/o female, 5'6' weighing 142#. In very good health other than many food allergies. The 1st reaction noted as a child was anaphylaxis in response to tree nuts. My mother was unaware of other allergies, however I suspect they were always present. As evidence, I felt a prickly sensation in my mouth when eating certain foods, i.e., cheese, concord grapes. In my late 30's a nutritionist suspected food allergies and instructed me to do an elimination diet. I reacted with many foods. At this point I can eat wheat, spelt, & the odder grains, most vegetables, some fruits, and animal protein, not including dairy or eggs. This situation is obviously very restrictive and tiresome. I crave sweets, especially chocolate. I enjoy having a glass of wine or other cocktail, usually once a week or less. I do not smoke or use medications. While I imagine other information would be useful, I'm not certain what to offer, so please ask for any further needed info. Thanks
