Carpal and tarsal tunnel syndrome

I have had both Carpal and tarsal tunnel syndrome for a couple of years now.

Hands constant pain mid inner forearm to first three fingers...can infact feel a line of pain along the nerve.

Similarly legs - upper calf to inner ankle to first 3 toes.

The doc wants me to take steroid shots.

Any help and PERMANENT CURE deeply appreciated!
