Loosing weight

Hi i posted my question a week back but i think it wasnt clear sorry. So i am posting it again.

I want to loose weight around 20kgs in 45 days. I am a non-vegetarian (chicken only) but eat very occasionally. I am not a food lover but my metabolism is really slow. i brisk walk around 4-5 miles everyday and I am physically active. Can any one tell me what can I take to boost my metabolism, its dose and what precautions should i take.
