Hi Sameer,
I went thru all the remedies on the left side of this site -

and find closest match with sulphur or Thuja.

Dear Dr. Sameer,
One more thing...
From last 10 days or so, I am having a little weird feeling on the tip of my toes. Its slightly red in color, and very slight swelling. I used to get this in winter every year and it got treated by homeopathy in india 8-9 years ago. I didn't get that again. It used to be worse then, dark red with swelling. I din't get it again. I don't know what homeopathic remedy was given to me. Its very slight now, and I don't have the right word for it, its slightly numb feeling there, and when i put pressure on the toes I feel different, don't know how to explain.
Sorry if I have been confusing you with so much symptoms.

Also wanted to add that I have watery discharge from my nose only left nostril, its non-stop whole day whether in or out of the house. I have no other feeling in my nose or throat, like its not stuffy or itchy.

Dear Sameer,
Updating after 2 weeks of Sepia 30c.
First 2 days hair was falling, as if roots are so weak. But it stopped after.
First 3 days, urinating almost double times than before specially during morning hours.
Feeling very bloated, and getting headaches too. It starts to get worse around 4 in the evening. After Lycopodium it was very much in control.
I couldn't take no for an answer. As i explained already in my daughter's thread that she says 'no' a lot for everything I ask her or expect her to do. She has been like that always but last 2 weeks I would just get mad hearing 'no', I would tell her that just do what I say. Earlier I used to convince her and encourage her to do the right thing. I spanked my kids many times in last 2 weeks, and I always said do what i say or you'll get one. I was depressed because of my this kind of behavior.
My toes are good now, and I am not having that redness because of cold weather.
Index finger of my right hand in hurting me around the nail from almost a week, and its slightly swollen and warm too. It hurts when I put pressure on it.
I think my face complexion looked more fair in last few days, and the small itchy spots on my arms also improved. In size they are same, but the new crust didn't form and peel on them.
Also, I hate to take suggestions/advice from my parents and siblings.
I still hate to wakeup in the morning, would snooze the alarm 3-4 times, and last week I dropped my daughter late to school everyday.
I do not enjoy anything in life, I myself don't know what can make me happy. I never felt excitement about anything.
When i read about Sepia, I made high hopes from it, specially about having sex with my husband, i tried once and i was just same as before, and didn't let him touch me again or come closer to me. I like to hug him but never next to the bed.

Dear Sammeer,
its been almost 2 weeks since i took thuja.
Mentally I am feeling better. I am not getting angry much.
Urticaria on left arms have imprived a lot, on right upper arm after Sepia a new spot started, that continued to grow in last 2 weeks. On older spots there has been some improvement now, though on some days in between it was worse.
Moles are just teh same as before.
Watery discharge from my nose is also same, and now it's slight burning sensation on the center of the nose.
My toes became better with Sepia, but it hurts me while walking. They look fine, but don't feel fine. I feel them numb after walking in cold for 2 mins, and hurt with gentle pressure.
Gas and bloatedness have been bad too, specially from 4 in the evening. Bloatedness improved better with Lycopodium.
On mental, and skin spots I do see improvements. I think I can try next potency of Thuja.

Updating after one more week...
Mental -
Anger has been mostly under control, but not as good as first 2 weeks.
Overall not as bad as I was before starting Thuja.
Skin-
Urticaria sopts on left arm has more improvement. On right arm also it improved a bit, but has been better on some days, still building thick crust on it, but not as thick as before Thuja. So overall I can say it is improvement.
Gas- No improvement in bloatedness and flatulance. It mostly depends on the smells around me. e.g if I turn on the gas stove, and get its smell before it turns on, I immediately get affected by it, and my stomach will start to hurt and I feel bloated then. Same way with perfume smell, it hits me right in head.
Overall moods and skin are better, but not bloated stomach.

Dear Sameer,
updating 3 weeks after thuja 200c...
moods have been better, i was less angry, until last 3-4 days. I am getting angry again on every little thing, and feeling depressed. Before 3-4 days, it was all good, and I was not getting much angry.
Strange thing about my skin... the spots on my arms started to grow in size, and had little watery discharge, and thin crust building and peeling off for all this time, except last 2-3 days it started to clear up, and looks better today.
Bloatedness, and flatulance almost same, but lesser headaches.
Looking at my moods, I feel Thuja is right for me, but looking at my skin I feel that's not the right remedy for me... I am confused.
Let me know if some more details needed from my side.

Hi Pooja,
Thuja is correct. Worsening of skin is the right thing as the ailments are moving from mental to outer levels.
Please take a dose of Thuja 1M as follows, Dissolve 2 pellets of Thuja 1M in 250 ml spring water, and take a spoon from there ONCE.

Dear doc sameer
I am having red and itchy patches on my arms when i go in sun for few min my nose also get red and smooth.I took some antihistamine it gets better for a day when i go out it starts again. I need your help
