Please take one tablet each of the following ayurvedic medicines in the morning and evening with milk or water for 15 days and report back. The tablets should be crushed by teeth before swallowing for proper assimilation in intestines.
1. Chandraprabha Vati
2. Trayodashang Guggulu
3. Medha Vati
It is better to buy these medicines from Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy. If you don't have access to Divya Pharmacy, you should buy from any ayurvedic store. As other manufacturers make smaller tablets, you should take 2 tablets of each of the above medicines everytime. Medha Vati is a proprietory medicine of Divya Pharmacy, at other shops you should ask for Brahmi Vati instead of Medha Vati. The main medicines are the first two. So you may skip the third one.

Thanks.I have access to Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy and i will buy those medicines.
I will take those medicine with water as i can not tolerate milk.
One more question...shall i take with warm water? as i know ayurvedic medicine works better with warm water

I suggest you before going to Auv. you should try LACHNANTHES TINCTORIA-200 (3 drops morning and evening ) for a week and report changes.However, Kali Phos-6x would continue as previous.
