Terrible skin disease and UTI. Please HELP!

Hello my friends,

I am suffering from chronic skin problems for the last 23 years. Now I am 24. I went through lots of homeopathy and allopathy treatments in the past but to no avail. The fact is I started with homeopathy treatment but the doctor would create heavy eruptions,pus and yellow discharges from the cracked skin with blood along with pain and itching all over my body and get myself hospitalized. I never had any choice but to take allopathy drugs and ointments to control the situation every time. This cycle of changing a homeopath and an allopath continued for over 2 decades in my life.

Now my skin disease is less worse than before but still I am suffering. I have eruptions on three of my limbs except the left hand. I also have black grain like spots all over my back. No pus and liquid discharges come out from those eruptions unless I am scratching heavily during hot summer and cold winter. The eruptions are more or less dry every time and cracks when I scratch due to inflammation and allergy growth in those areas. Overall the skin over my body is dry except my facial skin which is oily. My facial skin starts itching every night before sleeping.

I am suffering from a year old UTI which I could not heal from a couple of 2 week course of Cantharis 30 as suggested by a homoeopath. I now have inflammation,itching and allergy on my genital region. My penis has become thick because of inflammation and causes lots of itching.

I have removed foods from my diet that creates allergy and inflammation. I am taking trifala (amloki,haritaki,bohera) juice every morning, raw turmeric juice once a day, practising yoga and meditation. Also, I am taking Nat Mur,Kali Sulf,Kali Phos,Calc Phos and Ferrum Phos (all in 30X) and Nux Vom 30, both twice a day just to give me some relief from all the pain,allergy,inflammation and eruptions on my skin. Still the progress is pretty slow and I am not satisfied.

I humbly ask all of you in this forum to give me some guidance on my skin problem and UTI. I know I will never get complete cure but my life should go on. I sometimes think of suicide but I am not a coward either. So please suggest me some medications that will at least help me control this skin problem (allergy,inflammation,pain and eruptions) and UTI. I cannot get into any job for this skin disease. Any kind of advice will be appreciated.
