Remedy for Hepatitis B Viral DNA Load Test +ve

I have come across two patients who are quite healthy and have no apparent symptoms of hepatitis/ jaundice but both tested +ve for HBS Ag. Both were asked to get HBe Ag and HBV Viral Load Test done. Results are as below:

Patient-1:
HBe Antibody Test Value by ELFA: 9.01
HBe Antigen Test Value by ELFA: 4.75
HBV Viral Load by TAQ MAN:> 11x10^7 IU/ml
LFT:
Bilirubin total - 1.6 mg/dl, bilirubin direct - 0.3 mg/dl, SGOT/AST - 42 IU/ml, SGPT/ALT -89 IU/ml, ALP - 71 IU/ml, Total Protien - 7.0 g/dl, Serum albumin - 4.0 g/dl, Serum Globulin - 3.0 g/dl, ALB/GLOB - 1.3

Patient-2:
HBe Ag Index Value: 1736.99
HBV Viral Load Report: > 11x10^7 IU/ml

What may be the effect on the health of both the patients in long run?

Presently both the patients have been advised to take Chelidonium Q, 5 drops in 3-4 spoon water thrice a day.

All experts are requested to guide and advise the best possible remedy to make these tests -ve.

With Best Regards

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please copy the Questionnaire from the following thread
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925/
and use this questionnaire for arriving at the constitutional remedy in both the cases. Chelidonium is the 'broadband' remedy for liver disorders. But it will be better to put the constitutional remedy to work.
