Hello !
I was wondering if you could recommend the appropriate medicine and doses for the following:
I have back pain due to the following:
1)Scoliosis
2)Degenerative disc disease
3)Cervical bone spur that pinches the spinal cord
4)joint stiffness
5) Tendinitis of wrists and wrist soreness
I sleep well and have no problem sleeping through the night. I wake up with no pain, but as soon as I get up and stand up, my poor posture and gravity starts the pain.. it gets worse through the day. I go to the bathroom every day, don't eat too many greens or fruits. No smoking or drinking. Lean and somewhat fit.
I am in extreme pain every day and need to find a solution, maybe you can suggest something.

Please take three doses daily of Zincum Met 30c at a gap of 4 hours for three days. Please don't take any doses after that. Please report after a week.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. | | |

my auntie has scolosios and degenerative slipped disk, why not try something alternative but made by doctors? she's trying out USANA's products preventing degerative diseasewhich I have joined as member so we could get discounts and be able to purchase. She's using Essentials and Procosa II (this one focuses on tissues in joints), her back pain is lessened, she said she's feeling much better. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.
