There are two things I forgot to mention:

1. I have an aversion to wearing clothes that are snug, tight, or in any way constricting.

2. I have developed dark patches of thickened skin on my neck. I have light olive skin, hazel eyes, and very curly, brown hair.

I don't know if these things matter, but thought I should add them.

Thanks,

Ann

Dear Khrios ,

How sensitive are u to anything tight or touch around throat .

vikas_grower last decade
I hate anything tight around my neck. Touching my neck is acceptable, but not tight.

Dear Ann,

Please also shed some light on

1) Fear

2) Grief

3) Anxiety

4) Irritability

Is there any time of day when u feel worse as compared to rest of day .

vikas_grower last decade
1. Fear - I worry about things, such as my kids getting hurt. For example, if I hear of a car accident, I will call my sons to see if they are ok. I did not used to be like this. But, have become like this for about 10 years now.

2. Grief - I deep sense of loss about being sick. I also feel grief about missing my native country. My native country has changed a lot since I left, 20 years ago. I feel sadness about it not being like it was when I left, and that people that I loved there, have died. So, even if I go back...there really is no home to go back to.

Even though I have assimilated here, and speak English well, have a good job, and some friends, I feel culturally very different in important ways. In my country, people are much warmer, families are close knit, interdependent. So, I yearn to go back to the place of togetherness, and interconnectedness. But, I don’t go back, because there is no going back. It no longer exists as I remember.

3. Anxiety - I just feel anxious...jittery...a lot. Certainly did not used to be this way. I was a very confident person, even a risk taker. I came to the US by myself, when I was 17.

4. Irritability - I feel this way before my menstrual period.

By the way, I also have a very strong sense of purpose, of gratitude for life. Every day, I find something for which to be grateful. When I find myself feeling any of those negative things listed above, I bring myself back to focusing on what I can do, what I have achieved, the positive things in my life.

Dear Ann ,

How do u feel on geting up in morning , any strange odd feeling .

Is there any time of day when u feel worse as compared to rest of day .

Any burning or coldness of palms /feet.

vikas_grower last decade
In the summer, I wake up early, with the sunrise. Usually, mornings are a good time. Afternoon are probably the worst time of day for me. Nights somewhere in between.

No strange or odd feelings.

My hands and feet are usually cold. Even in the summer, I wear socks and closed toe shoes.

Sometimes I soak my feet in hot water, until I feel warmth all the way up to face. That makes me feel so much better...

Here are two other remarkable facts about me:

1. I dream of colorful parrots, not all the time but at important times. For example, when I was caring for my sister-in-law, who was dying of breast cancer, I kept dreaming of a gray and yellow parrot telling me it wanted to be set it free.

It so happens, my sister in law had gray hair and was yellow from jaundice.

2. I have oily, crusty, dandruff, even with daily hair-washing. By the way, I have rather dry skin.

Dear Ann ,

Please bear some more questions .

Do u feel jealous or suspicious or inclined to talk too much .

Do u suffer from headches

Any abnormal sweats on any body part .

Do u feel jealous or suspicious or inclined to talk too much .

I do talk a lot. I think out loud. I find solutions, or break down a problem by talking about it. I also do this by writing. It helps me get clear about what I am feeling and thinking.

In regards to jealousy/suspiciousness. I am a little jealous, and somewhat suspicious. I am an auditor by profession, so I question people's motives...in my mind of course.

Do u suffer from headches.

I did not used to get headaches. However, lately, I have been getting headaches that come and go throughout the day. The area of my head that hurts also changes. So, in the morning I might get a front-of-the-head, right-sided headache. It goes away after a little while. Later in day, I get it again, but now, the back of my head is hurting, not the same spot as before.

As I said, this is something fairly new, just a couple of months. Prior to this, I seldom had headaches.

I think Lachesis 30C is the remedy that should be tried .

Please get it and then we will discuss the dosing method .

Dear Ann ,

Pour 2 drops ( if liquid ) or drop 2 pellets ( without touching ) into 200 ml of natural spring water bottle .

Leave it side till the pellets dissolve . This takes some time .

Gently stir the bottle .

Take one capful which makes one dose .

Make sure u have not eaten or drunk ( except water ) anything for one hour before taking the first dose .

After 45 min , take second capful .

After another 45 min , take the third capful .

This makes 3 doses.

Allow each dose to remain in mouth for few seconds before swallowing it .

Throw away the remaning water .

Do not eat or drink anything for one hour .

Now we shall wait for 21 days .

Please dont drink tea , coffee, carbonated drinks , or smoke for next 21 days .

Please dont use perfumes , body sprays or deodrants for 10 days .

Any changes

vikas_grower last decade
I have had a significant improvement in the uterine cramping during the past three weeks. The sense of fullness in the uterus, and the cramps have improved.

My energy level has improved a bit, mentally, as well as physically. In my mind, I can think of many things I want to do...and then have the energy to accomplish them.

I have developed pain in my right shoulder, and clavicle. This is a new symptom. My shoulder hurts when I move it a certain way. The pain extends to the clavicle, and the neck. I have not had an injury. The pain just appeared...then got worse. It feels better if I ice it.

Right now, I have tongue sores. I have had episodes of tongue sores on and off for the past two years. The doctor believes it is related to autoimmune dysfunction.

Ann

I forgot to mention that my excessive hunger has improved. I feel less hungry.
