You can take three doses of Kreosotum 200. Mix 2-4 drops in 200 ml of spring water. One teaspoonful from the same is one doses.
Take just three doses on a single day only.

You got it right. Please be careful not to repeat after a day.
In addition, procure the following tissue salts:
-Ferrum phos 6x
-Kali sulph 6x
-Calc phos 6x
-Calc sulph 6x
Dilute two pills from each of the above in half a glass of lukewarm water and sip it slowly. This constitutes one dose. Take three such doses in a day for a week and revert back on the developments.
In case there is any development you feel needs immediate attention, please post back.

These med are for the swollen gums, right?
For the kidney I need to take Berberis Vulgaris Q for another 1 week as told yesterday?

Sorry I would like to know one more thing, earlier I was taking Berberis Vulgaris Q (Schwabe Germany) 5 drops in 1/4 glass of water, 3 times a day (took for 15 days), should I continue the same dosage for another 1 week ?

I have been suggested by Dr. Neil to take Burberis Vulgaris for one more week in your absence, today is the 5th day.
Please let me know should I stop Burberis Vulgaris and start Serum Anguillae Q ? meanwhile I'll buy the new med Eel Serum by Schwabe Germany.
I'll also take the tissue salt with gap of 1 hour.

I went to the chemist shop to buy the medicine Serum Anguillae Q (mother tincture) but the shopkeeper told me that this medicine doesn't come in 'Q' Mother Tincture, he gave me Serum Anguillae 6X (schwabe Ger.)instead.
Please let me know if this is ok and what dosage should I take. Thank you.

Berberis has done what ever benefit it had to do.
In addition take Cell salts (tissue salts):
1. Natrum Sulph 6x
2. Calcarea Flourica 6X
Both these salts are needed for you urgently.
Nat sulph is a kidney cleaner and liver cleaner
Calcarea flourica is for all gum troubles and problems of blood vessels
4 pills of each...four times a day ...take both together.

I went to Pratap Homeopathy shop at kotla, nice shop! I asked them for Serum Anguillae Q they also told that it doesn't come in 'Q' only 6X and 7X were available, anyway I have already started Eel Serum 6X from today.
Also bought Natrum Sulph 6x & Calcarea Flourica 6X will start from tomorrow morning.
Now the med I will be using are:
1. Serum Anguillee 6X 5 drops in 1/4th glass of water. twice daily.
2. Natrum Sulph 6x
3. Calcarea Flourica 6X
4 pills of each...four times a day ...both together.
Please let me know if this is correct or there is some modification in it? How many days should I take?

Ok, I'll continue further.
I'm feeling asusal, can't notice any improvement without the test. The DTPA test is the one by which I can get exact result of the left kidney improvement. As I have already took medicines since a month (Berberis Vulgaris Q & Serum Anguillae 6x) now I will be getting this test done on Monday, I have already took appointment at max.
The urine passing is normal, no pain in the left kidney area, but as I told earlier that I had back pain while playing, I still sometimes have little pain in my lower back also some times towards right side.
Any feedback is welcome.
