iam presently taking caladium , yohimbinum and tribulus
when i was taking only tribulus q my mind was so cool and spiritual thinking as well as good erections . then i needed strong and constant erections and permanent solution for my problem with out taking any medicines but when i take yohimbinum and tribulus now yohimbinum dominates tribulus , tribulus does not work well .
yohimbinum make me my mind with confusing sexual desires but erections is not so good it looks like penis is moving very slowly not going to strong hard (it is lesser hard ), when semen is coming it is going hard other wise it is not standing hard,and it seems to be semen quantity is low ,with yohimbinum penis is not hanging well not so fat but desires (
i may have varicocele problem because my right testicle is little big compared to left testicle. but little pain some times rarely . it may be the reason
please give me best medicines in which front of penis nerves were little injured should be cured and enlarging with fat with pernanent solution after taking some days my sexual weakness should be cured well. then i will not need any medicine for ed
