As one can see there are many remedies for bone spurs. These may also help spinal spurs. There are two bio-chemic medicines in the above list. For taking bio-chemic medicines one need not individulize that much as one needs for taking a homeo remedy.
You may take three tablets each of
calcarea fluorica 6x and
silicea 12x
four times a day at a gap of 4 hours for 10 days and see if this helps you.
Please follow homeo restrictions during the period like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. |
