Pneumonia

My daughter is 1 yr old. She is suffering from right lung infection. Her left ear is also infected.
She is running high fever ( 104F-103F). I'm giving her motrin/tylenol every 4- 6 hrs.
Her chest is pretty congested...rattling loose coughin chest, with thick yellow nasal discharge. today morning she coughed out brown some mucous.

Doc has prescribed anti biotics for 5 days which i'm giving her. today is the 2nd day of anti biotics

Can u pls suggest a remedy.

P.S.
Initially i had given her belladona for fever (this is her 5 th day of fever), kali carb for cough. Also can homeopathic remedies be given with anti biotics.
