Strep Throat lingering

Hi,

I recently had strep throat but do not know what strain. It was a general culture done in a doctor's office but tested positive for strep. I had a high fever of 104, very sore throat - like glass and swollen lymph nodes. It came on quite sudden and started feeling very lethargic and then got the chills. I took an antibiotic for 2 days - Levaquin, but had reactions to it and stopped. I decided to try to get rid of it using natural remedies. A week and a half later, I think it is still hanging on. I'm extremely fatigued, no fever or sore throat, but I can feel discomfort in my right ear and noticed my throat still looks a little swollen on the right side with a very small amount of pus left. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much
