I must add that my period is trying to be regular. It trys to come quite often now. So maybe the last homeopathic was doing it's job? It still isn't a healthy period...but maybe it is a start.

Hello Dr. Sameer,
It has been 17 days since I have taken Lac Caninum.
So far I have noticed that I can eat more food and not feel extremely full instantly, my upper lip hasn't had any more breakouts, and I got a healthy period. My mind still feels overwhelmed at times and I still worry a great deal. Maybe the changes are going to be gradual in that area. Shall I continue to wait before trying something else? What do you suggest?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-01-16 |
Hi, Please wait for 2 more weeks, and then report back. Keep track of all the changes, as sometimes very gradual changes can be missed.

Hello Dr. Sameer,
I will tell you the different things I have been experiencing and you decide if it is at all related with the homeopathic. The planters worts (I believe that's what they are. Little white dots or holes on the ball of my left foot) on my foot have started to itch like crazy! A week or so ago I was able to eat quite a bit of food before feeling extremely full, but then the fullness came back and feels much worse if I drink water after a meal. I had a headache of some sort about a week ago. My head felt tight like nervous tension was the cause, but I thought it had something to do with my eyes since my eyesight was horrible and signs with big letters were hard to see. My eyesight without contacts or glasses is pretty bad, but it seemed worse then usual. The headache lasted for several minutes then left me. I've been sleeping well. What do you think I should do now?

How are you doing mood-wise and how's your functioning these days in terms of anxieties and other general things ?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-02-08 |
Well...Not much of a change at all. I still experience feelings of unnecessary guilt and hand washing is still an issue. But even yet, I'm quite happy and content and enjoy life. So much so that I thank my God for what I have and experience. That happiness seems somewhat new for me. I'm getting "worts" on my right foot now, very little, but painful.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-02-08 |
So, overall if I were to compare the response to Lachesis vs response to Lac Caninum, which one made you feel better ?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-02-10 |
Hmm...Well,I thought the period I got when I took Lac Caninum was healthy. I'm still sweating quite a bit and I still worry like I mentioned before but I am sleeping well...my face is quite clear of acne-like spots.
The bumps on my upper lip line are barely noticeable.
Something I just noticed is that I am excited to do creative things like cooking, drawing, redecorating. That is a bit of a difference...haven't felt like this in a while.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-02-10 |
Very nice.
We should stay with Lac Caninum a bit longer then.
Please procure Lac Caninum 1M, and talk to me when you have the remedy with you.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-02-11 |
When I order Lac Caninum 1M should I order another potency also while I'm at it?...so I can save shipping.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-02-18 |
Are you there?:) I'd like to make the Lac Caninum order and if I'm to take another potency I'd like to buy it too. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

Hello Mr. Sameer,
I have the Lac Caninum LM1 and LM2 now. What should be my next step?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-03-21 |
I'm sorry, I didn't sign out of my mothers account.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-03-21 |
Please dissolve 3 drops of LM1 in 250 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon.
Report after 2 days please.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-03-22 |
Hello again Mr Sameer,
It has been two days now since I took my LM1 dose..the only thing I noticed was that I had a few dreams last night (I don't dream very often), and all three were unpleasant...seemed to be about emotional concerns. Other than that, no changes. What next?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-03-23 |
Please take another dose but before the dose hit the LM1 bottle 8 times hard on your palm.
After hitting, take out and dissolve 3 drops of LM1 in 250 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon.
Repeat the above 3 times at a gap of 48 hours. [ Each time hitting 8 times afresh before taking out the drops]
Report back after the dosing.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-03-27 |
Mr Sameer,
I've taken the dose (hitting the bottle 8 times on my palm) three times now.
My ocds seem to have gotten a bit worse, and I wouldn't say I'm deeply depressed, but I've been feeling sad. There will be times when I'm in a happy mood...but very easily I fall back into this sad state.
Other than that, no changes.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-03-27 |
Ok, let's wait for 4-5 more days without any doses.
Report back at that time.
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-04-04 |
Hello Mr. Sameer,
It's now been 7 days, I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. After the dose my ocds got pretty bad, then they seemed to calm a bit.
I just recently though have begun to worry about different things and feel very sad almost depressed.
After the dose I also noticed a tiny dark bruise on the inside of my right arm and one on the top of my right thigh. The bruise on my thigh has faded, but the one on my arm is still noticeable.
Still no sign of a period. That is one thing I would really like to take care of.
So, what should I do next?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From sameervermani [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-04-04 |
Expand on this "ocd" a bit more. What are the thoughts about ? Why do you classify them as compulsive ?
| Re: OCDs and perspiration | From mhmaddykaye [Log on to view profile] | on 2012-04-04 |
I still have ocds about germs. Compulsive as respects needing to constantly clean my hands and clothes.
Worries, no matter how unreasonable they are, and no matter how much someone tries to reason with me, are constantly on my mind. The worries vary, and lately they're mostly about my future. Worries creep into my mind and leave when I sleep, then as soon as I wake up, they're back. As I explain this I feel I sound like a crazy person. |
