Dear Sameer,
It has been over a week since me last post. I am still feeling pretty good. No dizziness or headaches. I have had a cold for about a week. I still feel good mentally and emotionally. Still have a little bit of jaw pain.

Dear Sameer,
It has been a couple of weeks since my last post. I have been busy with the holidays. I still feel good mentally and emotionally. I have been in a good state of mind. physically, my jaw has been feeling a little worse. I have some swelling back in my right leg. I still have fatigue which has been normal for me. No headaches or dizziness.

10 hits to the LM1 bottle.

I have been feeling pretty good physically. No headaches, dizziness. I have been feeling a little depressed though lately, mainly because of my weight. My stress levels have been low.

So much has been going on with me that this is the first chance I've had to respond. I went through a time of depression, but am feeling better now. I have been feeling ok physically. Only a couple of headaches is all. I wish I felt more energetic. Let me know if you have any questions.
