stuffy nose & snuffles in cool air

Hello doctors,

Please help me with this problem that I have been suffering with for at least 3 years.

My nose is always stuffy. In the mornings, I wake up with a dry mouth probably from breathing with my mouth open while I sleep.

I get the sniffles when I'm outside in the cool air. I don't get a runny nose.
