Thinning hair - Desperate for help - cry all the time - feel old and like a monster but only 35 Page 2 of 2

Also, is there a certain shampoo I should be using or does that matter? And, should I get back on my spironolactone and birth control until then or not? Spiro was helping with the itch and somewhat with the amount of hair fall but I don't want to get back on it if it will impeded the lachesis from working. Thanks

Nothing is to be done about the icthing. Do not take these things which 'help' your itching as they will spoil your health in the longer term.
