my mouth problem

hi..i need some advice about my mouth.i use to eat quite a lot of PAAN in previous years.now for last 3 years i feeling a little sort of crack inside my left cheek.it is a very tiny spot where i feel little heavyness.when i quit PAAN for some time then it bothers very little but it doesent go completely..my homeo doctor advice me to use morcsol.it works but not completely..my doctor says that i have to quit completely from PAAN FOR SOME MONTH so i will feel relieved.iam depressed what this is.i feel very worried.
