Dust Allergic and respiratory problem

My detailed case history is as following:
1. Age: 28; Sex: Male; Married; Location: Punjab, India.
2. During childhood I used to get cough and cold during every weather change (Winter to summer – April, May & Summer to Winter – September, October). Phlegm used to get congested into my chest, but NO respiratory problem and was curable with use of normal cough syrups. Expectoration used to emit Green Phlegm.

Current Problem:
3. But, for last 10 years, my body’s behavior to the weather change is different now. That will make my nose running with watery discharge with some sneezing. Clear thin watery discharge from the nose gets to throat and gets congested into the chest. Running nose continues even indoor.
4. Going outdoor to place where there is a lot of dust or pollution gets me sudden and chronic runny nose with watery discharge and same problem of chest congestion.
5. During night breathing (respiratory) problem especially early morning. Requires to wake up in morning around 4 AM and sit or stand to enable breath to some extent. Chest wheezes. No improvement with use of conventional cough syrups.
6. Noticed that the very rare expectoration emits clear slightly milky sputum that is also in jelly form looks like Goond Katira (wet Gum Powder).
7. Internal nose gets burning sensation, especially outdoor.
8. Nose edge gets some itching.

Current Medications:
9. Taking Nux Vomica 30 C, for last two years.
10. During problem, medication of Nux Vomica for 3-4 days helps me to much expectoration of same milky sputum and clear my chest for better breath. Helps in No runny nose also. I continue medication for a month.
11. But, I’ve noticed that even during medication if I go to some place outside where there is a lot of dust or pollution. I get sudden chronic runny nose with less sneezing and clear watery discharge starts to get into my chest. However, when I come back to home and take Nux Vomica for another day. I get relief.

Other details:
1. Constipation and lower abdomen gas bloating. But Nux Vomica gives relief for same also.
2. Weak, bad textured blue nails.
3. Hair fall and alopecia.
4. Office sitting job.
5. In April wheat crop cutting is initiated and in September rice crop cutting is initiated in Punjab.
6. Through allopathic allergy tests, I’m allergic to Hay dusts.

I request all experienced doctors to review any case efficiently and kindly suggest me some medicine other than Nux Vomica so that may increase my strength and cure me permanently so that even if I go outdoors to place with lot of dust and I don’t get any running nose and sneezing; Because Nux Vomica is helping me to cure the problem temporarily.

stop nux vomica.

you should start pulsatilla nigricans 30c only when you have the symptoms. once the symptoms get relieved, the doses need to be stopped.

if 30c potency is not giving full relief and you feel that some more relief is required, you can go for 200c every 6 to 8 hours for 2 days maximum.

Yesterday I had got allergy due to the hay dust.
The symptoms were:
1. Itching on nose externally on tip and sides.
2. Uncontrollable itching in internal mouth upper side.
3. Nose internally dry feeling and chilli sensation when inhale air.
3. Runny nose with thick water.
4. Sneezing.
5. Light pain/strain in eyes.
6. Light headache in forehead.

Though I had no problem in breathing and till now there is no chest congestion, So I've deferred the use of Pulsatilla for now. Kindly suggest some medicine for above symptoms.
