I have premature ejaculation problem. I release in less than a minute, in just 3-4 strokes... i cannot stay longer. Me & my girl friends had tried to do in many ways in relaxed conditions but still i am not able to do it. we have tried it again and again but still failed.....

hi,doc...
i have few queries as well which shall be noted, as they can be associated with it (premature ejaculation).
1) general physical weakness,i feel very weak n exhausted after any small physical work. and what is the role of spinchter muscles in PE.
2)my hands n feet tremble, which is aggravated after anxity or physical work.
3) i sweat a lot. (sm time even in winters). n have cold feet even in summers esp when ever i do see any thing exciting, adventerous.
4) my bowls are not clear.
5)i have a gud apptite but not corelating energy.
i am stresssed due to my work.

apetite is ok, but thirts is poor, sleep is almost gone, i just turn aroung whole night, then i sleep arnd mornig time n then u have to go to work. so feel lethargic all day.

4-5 yrs its constipated. esp when i quited smoking. earlier i have to take a fag to go to loo.
